Family Medicine
Our Providers offer medical care to all members of the family from the age of 18 years and older regardless of gender. We make truthful diagnoses through medical history and physical examination. We interpret diagnostic and clinical test; we explain test results to patients and implement a care plan as we make wellness recommendations. When needed, we refer to specialists for further treatment.
Medical Exam
After obtaining accurate medical history and in respect of patient’s privacy, the Provider will process with an objective evaluation by observation, percussion, palpation, and auscultation. The information combined from the medical history and the physical examination will determine diagnostics and treatment plan.
Paperwork
We fill out forms to return to work and other legal documents that require a Primary Care Provider approval.
School Physical and Work Physical
Prospective student and worker should be free of airborne communicable diseases and should receive required vaccination regarding to selected College major or job position.
Telemedicine
In addition to our in-office visit, East Florida Premium Medical Care offers Telemedicine. A secure one-on-one real-time audio-video communication with your provider to assess medical needs, diagnose and treat remotely.
Injections
Our dedicated Certified Medical Assistants carry out medical instruction to do one time or periodic in-office injections according to treatment plan.
Flu Vaccines
Influenza vaccine as recommended by CDC is administered in office during the flu season to qualify patients.
Sutures
Skin laceration can be repaired by Provider by suture after assessment of mechanism of injury, age, location, size, deep of the wound.
Wound Care
Open wound might happen by falls, accidents with sharp object or other factors. Wound dressings facilitate proper healing by applying topical agents to prevent bacterial overgrowth. We highly encourage you to seek out medical advises for your wound.
Blood work
Blood test are important diagnostic tools in patient’s care especially when taken in timely manner. To avoid delay in your health management we offer on-site blood drawn by a certified Medical Assistant. The Medical assistant will take the required specimen to send to an assign Laboratory in order to be analyzed.
Transportation
Helping to keep your Primary Care Provider appointment is important for us at East Florida Premium Medical Care. We offer non-emergency transportation for qualified patients to leave your house to come to the office and from the office to your doorsteps. Call our office to arrange for your ride.
